Tim Kubash, Western Rootzone Principal and CEO of its parent company Turfcat Enterprises Ltd is a CGSA Master Superintendent. He has served on the Board of Directors of the CGSA since 2005, and was CGSA President from 2012-2013. Tim has been involved in the Turfgrass Management Industry since 1984, including sports field management and a Golf Course Superintendent since 1989.

He is currently the Superintendent at the Salmon Arm Golf Club in Salmon Arm BC. 

Western Rootzone started out as a vision for Tim to help other Turfgrass Professionals solve problems with the physical properties of their rootzones.
